Franklin Dickerson Turner, Ph.D.

Dr. Turner offers a wide range of services to school districts, higher education, corporations, non-profit and faith organizations, professional associations, governmental entities seeking comprehensive guidance in three key areas: looking to enhance their diversity and helping groups or individuals attain their goals.

His core competency lies in the ability to assess his clients' needs, in order to address specific goals or needs. Dr. Turner accomplishes this through a customized strategy, which identifies, develops and executes specific corporate or organizational objectives.

Dr. Turner is focused on advancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion efforts within organizations, education systems, and communities. He has worked the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion field for over nearly twenty-year. Dr. Turner uses research and proven methodologies to drive transformational change. He has helped numerous organizations re-envision and implement long-term organizational change through training, policies, and procedures, and leadership development.
